Brimstone Real estate has unveiled a virtual glass which prospective clients can sit in the comfort of their rooms to view listed properties.
Many real estate firms which deployed the digital tool at the height of pandemic had nothing to worry about as people had more time to stay home and view listed properties,
our Managing Director, Habib Akande said the firm is set to add its quota into bridging the housing gap and easing access to housing to majority of Nigerians. He spoke at their 2nd year anniversary dinner held with members of staff in Ibadan.
Akande said with three developments sold out in Ibadan last year and another two almost sold out, introducing virtual reality glass could not have come in a more better time than the current pandemic period and protocols including the need to avoid as many people as possible the new normal of working from home.
He said prospective clients can now enjoy site inspection experiences while being at their offices or homes.
